This new program launched in 2021, was developed from the need to address the effects of systemic racism in business. It is a program specifically designed as a call to action and challenge for corporations and government agencies to increase spend with women of color business owners. With its three components and three partner categories, the program takes a groundbreaking approach to develop those who are part of the solution.
